HY 80 steel is a low carbon steel alloy. HY 80 steel is used prevalently in naval construction. HY 80 steel has many applications within the military for projects and construction along with construction equipment and large structures.
HY 80 steel yield strength is 80 ksi min, and is slightly more ductile than HY 100 Steel.
